  1. Hi Liza, I love the blog and its so neat and organized. I have attempted to start one and it was taking too much time. I have to restart mine but for now it is taking away from my testing phase. I love your recipes and they are the best quality. You go girl and keep up the great work.

    This last one lets me use foil wraps to cut the cooking time and I can steam some meals for my low carb dieting and cuts the fats as well. I make my own recipes in the foil and have lots of fun with that. Give it a try and see if you enjoy the easy recipe possibilities.
